All bookings are made through our third-party booking provider (WhatsApp). Booking availability, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed during the booking process. Please review them before confirming your reservation.

> Venue Rules

NPC Lobby is a family-friendly space. We ask all visitors to be respectful of other guests and our equipment. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges. Food and drinks are welcome in designated areas only.

> Liability

NPC Lobby is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Use of gaming equipment is at your own risk. By using our facilities, you agree to follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.

> Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
