Terms of Service

  3. Conduct: Users are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other patrons. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
  4. Use of Equipment: Users are responsible for using gaming equipment and facilities with care. Any intentional damage to equipment may result in charges for repair or replacement and potential banning from the premises.
  5. Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by management. Food and drinks purchased on-site must be consumed in designated areas only.
  6. Personal Property: NPC Lobby is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Users are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.
  7. Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations may be required for certain services or during peak hours. Cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  8. Payment: All fees must be paid in advance or as specified by management. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has not paid the required fees.
  9. Health and Safety: Users must comply with all health and safety guidelines posted in the lounge and as directed by staff. This includes any specific measures related to public health emergencies.
  10. Photography and Recording: Photography and video recording are prohibited without explicit permission from management to protect the privacy of our patrons.
  11. Tournaments and Events: Participation in tournaments and events may be subject to additional rules and regulations, which will be communicated separately.
  12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  13. Liability: NPC Lobby shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
